Returns and Refunds

We are happy to accept returns for a refund up to 30 days from purchase. The product must be unopened, unused and undamaged. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. We endeavour to process the refund with 7 business days.

Please email meow@catshampoo.com.au prior to sending the product back with subject line: Refund Request and we will advise the address to return it to.

If you received a damaged product, please email meow@catshampoo.com.au with a photo of the damage, your name and invoice number and we will resolve the issue.
